Does maintenance plan time roll over?
Maintenance begins on the 1st of the month, and expires on the last day of the month. If you did not use your maintenance hours, they do not accumulate. You cannot use maintenance hours you did not use in one month to apply to a project that is going over its hours the next month.
How much does it cost if I go over my purchased maintenance hours?
$165/hr, $150/hr for 5 hours, or what has been negotiated in your signed contract. If you are currently on a maintenance plan, we offer a discounted hourly rate depending on your plan level.
Can I pre-purchase maintenance hours?
If you would like to pre-purchase maintenance hours the cost will be $150/hr, with a minimum purchase of 5 hour increments. Generally these hours are purchased for specific projects in which the purchased time can continue to be used into the following month to complete the project.

What does maintenance time include?
Maintenance includes any support related requests we receive. From research and discovery of an issue to module installation, custom development and training.
What does maintenance time exclude?
You will not be charged maintenance hours on any server related issues.
What is the difference between Website Maintenance & Integration Support?
Website maintenance is used to make changes to your shopping cart and for additional training. Website maintenance is for your website Only, this software was not created by Kosmos developers. Integration support is there to help you learn how to use the eSyc software. There are no customization's or modules, unless you have requested a custom rule which will allow you to transform your data between migrated systems. Integration support is used for Kosmos eSync software Only and not 3rd party software Kosmos didn't develop.
Website maintenance: Any requested changes (development, design, content updates), software updates, troubleshooting and training for your website, shopping cart, blog or content management system.
Integration support & licensing: Troubleshooting our Kosmos software and your data that is being integrated with the shopping cart. If you have purchased licensing, then you'll also have FREE upgrades to the latest stable versions available. Licensing is billable annually or monthly.
