Datacenter network outage.

At the datacenter where most of our servers are located, engineers identified an undocumented bug in the router firmware in their system. 

As of now, all sites and services should be back up.

Some servers are starting to come back up now, but it will take some time before all servers at the datacenter are back online.

Engineers at the datacenter report that service has been restored for the majority of the servers there, and will continue efforts until all service is fully restored.

How many are still down today?  Ours is still down and we haven't been able to get a hold of anyone through the chat system, our support ticket or via phone.  Just want to check because the last time our site went down everyone else's came back up and they didn't realize ours was still down.

All servers are back up and running, but the datacenter is still working out remaining networking issues. As a result, many sites and services still cannot yet be reached, including auth2.kosmoscentral.com for integration.

Any projections on Auth2 restoration?

Integration is again available on auth2.kosmoscentral.com

Most sites are now back up and running, with the last few IP issues being resolved now.

Just confirmed that everything is back up and running.
